Riccio's ships all merchandise via UPS. You will received an email and a tracking number when the order is shipped. The cost of shipping is calculated and collected at the time your orders are placed. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Not all products are eligible for returns. Anything that is customized, custom made, custom ordered is not returnable. Every effort has been made within the site to idenity these products. However, this applies to all riccios.com products, whether or not expressly stated on the product pages.
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.
Once we received your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we hve received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs should you return an item. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
